I made the Bunny Butt Easter Cheese Ball for us to snack on throughout the day today. Surprisingly, my husband really liked it...and he isn't big into sweets. I think he really liked the coconut flakes around the outside of the cheese ball.
It's super simple to make. Start by combining the softened cream cheese, funfetti cake mix, sprinkles, white chocolate chips, sugar, vanilla, & butter in a large mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients until they are well-combined.
Separate the mixture into 4 balls: 1 large ball, 2 medium balls, & 1 small ball. The 2 medium balls will be for the feet, and the small ball will be the tail.

Roll each ball in the coconut flakes until they are fully covered.
Then, assemble the bunny butt. Place the large ball in the middle of your platter.
Slightly flatten and shape the 2 medium balls so that they look like feet. Place them in front of the large ball.
Place the small ball on top to resemble a bunny’s little cotton tail.
Then, place the 8 pink M&M’s on the feet to resemble the toes.

If you’re making the cheese ball ahead of time, I recommend shaping and assembling the bunny butt, but leaving off the M&M’s initially. Place your bunny butt in the fridge til about 30 minutes before serving. Pull out of the fridge 30 minutes before serving to allow the cheese ball to soften some. Once the cheese ball has softened, you can place the M&M’s on the feet.
If you put the M&M’s on before refrigerating, it’ll be ok - the color may just run a little.

Your bunny butt is now ready to serve! I recommend serving it with graham crackers. But you could also use vanilla wafers, teddy grahams, or any cookie you want.
