Happy Halloween from Ariel, Flounder, King Triton, & Ursula!!

We had lots of fun for Halloween this year!
Elayne is all into all things Halloween right now. She loves the decorations, and the costumes, and of course, the trick-or-treating and candy.

We decorated the whole house, carved pumpkins, baked Halloween treats, and did a couple of trunk-or-treats. All as a predecessor to the actual Halloween trick-or-treating.

Elayne loved going trick-or-treating as Ariel, her absolute favorite character at the moment. Tommy and I were so proud of her - she walked up to every door by herself, rang the doorbell, said "Trick-or-Treat" and "Thank you", and walked back to us. She seemed so grown-up. Last year, she wouldn't walk up to any house unless I was right there next to her. And after trick-or-treating, we went back home and she helped pass out candy to other kids. She really seems to like passing out candy just as much as she does trick-or-treating.

And, Tommy and I went to a Halloween party this year. So of course, I made some yummy treats for the occasion! I made a Spiderweb Chocolate Tart, Spider Cheese Ball, Puking Pumpkin Pasta, Melting Witch Brownies, and a charcuterie board.
