For Easter this year, we had the family over for brunch and egg hunts. So I wanted to make some sort of sweet dessert, because all good meals need some form of dessert.

This fudge is super easy, and it doesn't require many ingredients. And no stove or oven needed. Just a microwave and fridge.
Start by lining an 8x8-inch pan with waxed paper. Place half of the mini chocolate eggs in the pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high for 2½-3 minutes. Stir til smooth. Mix in the vanilla. Add in the marshmallows, and stir until just combined. If you stir too much, the marshmallows will completely dissolve, which will make the fudge less fluffy.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Place the remaining mini eggs on top. Chill the fudge for 30-45 minutes, til it's set.
