These Caramel Rolls are a fun, exciting take on a delicious treat. They would be a perfect addition to a breakfast or brunch. Or they serve well as a yummy dessert.

They look very impressive, especially since you invert the entire plate onto a serving platter. But they are very quick and easy to make.

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.

In a small pan over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and milk. Cook and stir until the mixture is all blended together. Then pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate.

Separate each crescent roll dough into 2 rectangles, so that you have 4 rectangles in total. Seal the perforations together so that the rectangles do not have any holes in them. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture over the crescent roll dough.

Starting with a long side of each dough rectangle, roll up the dough. Cut each roll into 8-9 pieces. Place the pieces into the caramel-filled pie plate.

Bake the caramel rolls for 15-18 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown. Let the rolls cool for a couple minutes before inverting the pie plate onto a serving platter.
